Where It All Began
It all started with one simple truth, even when you choose the right property, things can still go wrong. As real estate professionals, we worked hard to find the best apartments — the right locations, layouts, and returns. But after handover, many of our investors were let down. Holiday home agencies promised results, then delivered disappointment. Misleading contracts, poor management, and lost income became far too common.
That's when we decided to take action — not to compete, but to correct what was broken.
We started YieldStay with a mission to change the story. We began with 9 units and made a bold move — we handed them to some of Dubai's top holiday home agencies for one full year, not to profit, but to observe.
We studied everything: how they managed, how guests felt, and where they failed. We saw strengths we could learn from, and weaknesses we refused to repeat.
During that year, we built our own foundation. We trained our team, developed our systems, and prepared to deliver something different — a service built on transparency, efficiency, and care.
